Bibi Sitara alleged that the Pakistani forces dressed in civilian clothes had “abducted” her brother Muhammad Rafiq and moved him to an unknown location. She said that my brother is an innocent civilian and if he has committed a crime, he should be produced in court and prosecuted accordingly.

Bibi Sitara and her female relatives held a press conference in the Panjgur Press Club on Monday, where she alleged that the Pakistani security forces are behind the disappearance of her brother. She said that my brother was suffering from kidney diseases and he was travelling to Quetta for treatment when he was “forcibly disappeared” by the Pakistani security forces dressed in plainclothes on September 11. They picked him up along the way at Naag and moved him to an unknown location. His whereabouts and condition remain unknown.

Bibi Sitara said that her brother was an innocent civilian who worked as a labourer to earn a living. She said that my mother’s health is critical and the recent disappearance of her son has only exacerbated her condition. She appealed to the relevant authorities to investigate the incident and ensure the safe release of her brother.
