Emotional scenes were seen at Voice for Baloch Missing Persons(VBMP) camp, as Zakir Majeed’s mother joined the camp on Saturday.

According to TBP correspondent, the protest camp set for the Baloch Missing Persons, continues to host family members of missing persons and emotional scenes were seen at the camp after the arrival of Zakir Majeed’s mother.

Zakir was former Vice Chairman of BSO Azad, who was abducted by Intelligence agencies in 2009 near ‘Piding Abad’ town of Mastung district.

Zakir Majeed was among the prominent student leaders who were abducted during the last two decades. He hails from Naal town of Khuzdar district and was a student of English literature in Uthal University until he was abducted 9 years.

Zakir Majeed’s mother arrived at the VBMP camp in Quetta on Saturday, where women and children recognized her and welcomed her with sobs and smiles.

In a Live conversation on Seema Baluch’s Facebook page, she explained her arrival at the camp, where women and children were arriving to protest the abduction of their loved ones after it came in the spotlight due to the mistreatment of police force with the family of missing Shabir Baloch, another missing student leader of BSO Azad.

“I was in Karachi for my medical check-ups, I am ailing and I am old, but I am here again for my son. He was the head of our family, we need him, ten years are enough for the whatever crime he has committed”, said the Mother while talking on Facebook live.

She said that they had filed cases in all the courts in Pakistan and submitted the case to international organizations for human rights, Zakir was not a criminal, he was a student leader and his politics was on the surface as everyone could see.

She asked the human rights organization and Prime minister Imran khan if they could produce her son, she also asked Akhtar Mengal, the BNP leader, to strive for the release of all missing persons.

She later joined a protest in front of Quetta press club where members of BSO and the family members of missing Jiand Baloch, a student leader, were protesting for his safe release.
