A youth was allegedly forcibly disappeared in the Tump area of Balochistan’s district Kech.
According to reports, Qambar, son of Master Usman, is a labourer and a resident of Asiabad, Korojo, Tump.
His family states that the incident occurred in the early hours of 12 June 2026, at approximately 3:30 a.m., when he was allegedly taken into custody by Pakistani security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Relatives identified the personnel involved as members of the Frontier Corps (FC) and Military Intelligence (MI).
Family members say they have received no information regarding his whereabouts since his detention, leaving them deeply concerned and under considerable mental distress.
The unabated reports of enforced disappearances are not uncommon in Balochistan, where families, human rights organisations and political groups have for years documented cases of individuals allegedly taken into custody by Pakistani law-enforcement agencies and subsequently held incommunicado. State authorities have consistently denied involvement in such detentions.
