Three men disappeared after the arrest by forces in Turbat district on Monday

According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, a fresh military operation is underway in different villages and towns of Turbat district.

Earlier today, three men were arrested by the forces in a door-to-door search operation near Kalatuk town in Turbat district.

Later, TBP identified the arrested men as Dilawar S/O Pir Muhammad, Nawab S/O Nazir and Jaffar S/O Allah Bakhsh.

Families of the arrested were worried about the safety of their loved ones, as most of the men arrested during operations are never produced before the court or in any police station.

The term abducted is usually used in Balochistan to connote such arrests made by security forces as the arrested are not presented before the court of law and instead kept in military camps.

International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International accuse Pakistani security forces as the culprits of these illegal abductions.
