Footage obtained by The Balochistan Post shows damaged homes, scattered belongings and affected orchards in Khadkocha, in Balochistan’s Mastung district, where residents said Pakistani forces carried out a days-long military operation.
Residents said homes were searched during the operation and that houses, shops, water supply systems, fruit trees and solar power systems were damaged.
They alleged that mortar shells were fired towards populated areas and orchards, that residents were mistreated, and that valuables were taken during searches. Local residents also alleged that copies of the Holy Quran were desecrated.
