The law enforcement agencies have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against unknown persons for Thursday’s blast on the Airport Road in Quetta where six people were injured. Baloch “pro-independence” group Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attack.
According to the details, the FIR was registered in the CTD police station in Quetta under the supervision of the SHO.
The blast occurred on Thursday night when the Baloch Liberation Army targeted the convoy of Pakistani forces in front of Quetta’s Askari Park on the Airport Road. The CTD officials reported six injuries, but no fatalities. These claims were reputed by the BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch, who said that four soldiers were killed and six wounded in the attack.
