A military operation is underway in the native town of ex-Chief Minister of Balochistan, Qudoos Bizenjo.

According to the reports, received by The Balochistan Post, Pakistan army has surrounded several villages of Jhao since yesterday.

Intensifying the military action, today, mountainous regions of Gajru, Chanal Gizi and Baz Aap were seized by the army. Various outposts were installed on the entry and exit routes.

According to the details, at least three persons were abducted during the operation, who were identified as: Bailu s/o Shah Meer along with his three sons Naseer, Waheed and Raheem.

Talking to Sangar news, Zafar Baloch a member of Balochistan National Movement said that, “the whole area is under siege, no one is allowed to access the area. We are deeply concerned about the well-being of local residents as they are at high risk of inhuman torture”.
