Two individuals, including a teenager, were reportedly forcibly disappeared by Pakistani security forces in the Sui area of Dera Bugti district, Balochistan.
According to local sources, 13-year-old Muhammad Hayat s/o Tola Bugti, and another man, Siwa s/o Nari Bugti, were picked up from a hotel earlier today by personnel believed to be from a Pakistani intelligence agency and members of a so-called “death squad.” Both individuals have been missing since the incident.
Incidents of enforced disappearances continue to rise across Balochistan, drawing concern from local communities and human rights organizations.
