The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for the killing of two men in Kolwah, accusing them of involvement in anti-Baloch activities and the killing of BLF fighters.

In a statement to the media, BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that Sakhi Ahmed s/o Khuda Dad and Sakhi Dad s/o Abdullah, both residents of Gishkaur in Awaran, were taken into custody in February 2025. According to the BLF, the two were interrogated and found to be involved in the November 2024 incident in Dudar, Gishkor, where BLF fighters Captain Niaz Qadir alias Guman Jan and Lieutenant Zarif Baloch alia Shay Jan were “martyred.”

The spokesperson claimed that Sakhi Ahmed had previously been detained in October 2024 for anti-movement activities and was released on the assurance of his family that he would cease such actions. However, he allegedly rejoined the pro-state “death squad” under Jeeyand Sajdi and continued to lead operations against BLF members.

Sakhi Dad, who was once a member of the BLF in 2020, is said to have surrendered through Akram Awarani under the influence of Sakhi Ahmed and later joined the same death squad. He was reportedly involved in intelligence gathering and other operations that hindered BLF activities, and he confessed to all his crimes.

The group said that both men were found guilty by the BLF’s internal “judicial department” and were executed on the night of April 10 in the Rodkan area of Kolwah.

The statement also referred to the killing of another alleged death squad member, Abdul Rasool Sajdi s/o Karim Baksh Sajdi, on March 11, who was reportedly shot dead after resisting BLF fighters in Hoor, Kolwah.

The BLF reiterated that it would continue action against all individuals it considers to be working against the movement.
