The missing woman is said to be from Nazarabad village in Tump Tehsil of Kech district, who was picked up from her home in Karachi this morning. Family sources confirmed that the security personnel knocked on the door and when they opened it, the forces along with some lady personnel stormed into their house.

According to the family, mobile phones of all the family members in the house were confiscated and security personnel took Habiba Pir Mohammad with them.

Habiba Pir Mohammad is in an artist and she is the niece of Ali Jan Qaumi, a renowned poet of Balochi language.

It may be recalled that this is the second case of enforced disappearance of a woman this week. Earlier, on Monday, security forces forcibly disappeared a woman named Noor Jan from Hoshaap area of Kech district. The incident created massive outcry and protests across Balochistan. The M8 highway on CPEC route has been closed for traffic for four days in protest.
