Pakistani forces have allegedly arrested and disappeared three persons including a woman and an adolescent from Balochistan.

According to locals, last night, frontier Corps (FC) and intelligence agencies conducted a door-to-door raid in Alandoor area of Buleda, disappeared a man after arresting him.

The person who was allegedly abducted has been identified as Deedag son of Peerdad resident of Shahrak, an area located in Balochistan’s Kech district.

According to sources, the abductee is a farmer by profession who had migrated from his hometown and was working as a laborer in Buleda at the time of abduction”.

Whereas, a women along with her newborn baby were detained by the security forces at a checkpoint in Balochistan’s industrial city, Hub chowky.

As per reports, Pakistani security forces detained Haneefa, wife of Murad Bakhsh along with her newborn baby from a checkpoint in kooto for four hours, while they were traveling from their hometown to Hub.

While tweeting on the incident Khalil Baloch, the chairman of Baloch National Movement (BNM) termed the action as the part of a series of collective punishment on Baloch nation.

Most of political organizations & human rights groups claim that the humanitarian situation in Balochistan worsened when forces started abducting women who raised their voices for the safe recovery of their (forcefully disappeared) loved ones and family members including other relatives of Baloch political activists.

Meanwhile, Pakistani forces have launched a fresh military operation in Parom area of Panjgur, for past four days.

According to sources, Pakistani forces are engaged in a large-scale military operation in different areas of Parom, [currently] Iran and Pakistan bordertown.

“During the on going operation, several vehicles including oil tankers and goods carried by local population were confiscated by security forces” said a local. resident of the bordertown.

The operation was not announced officially by the government. According to Baloch polticians, such un-announced military operations have been carried out by the forces to counter the Baloch insurgency

It is pertinent to mention that the Pakistani army has been patrolling and conducting operations in the Iranian border areas for the past several days. “Security forces are carrying out military operation in all over Balochistan for last two decades which has intensified after the announcement of multi-billion project of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)”, activists claim.
