Pakistani forces are reportedly busy in a search operation in different areas of Kolwah, Kech.

According to the details, the Pakistan Army has been conducting military operations in different parts of the Kech district of Balochistan. The operation is reportedly in full swing in Killag Kor, Dandar, Naag, Maadag, and Machi.

The locals told the TBP that Pakistani forces are beating people, while several houses are also being searched by forces. The officials have not denied these allegations. No arrests have been reported so far by the forces.

It may be recalled that forces had conducted a large-scale military operation in Gichk area of Panjgur district last month. A similar operation was carried out in Mazanband, while today an operation is reportedly being carried out in the areas of Kolwah.

District officials have declined to comment on the military operations. Several incidents, including the burning of houses and enforced disappearances of women and children, were reported in the said operations.

News of military operations in various parts of Balochistan has been frequently received but is often not confirmed or denied by government officials.
