Two men were allegedly picked up by Pakistani forces from Kech on Thursday, whereas a man was killed in a road accident in Panjgur district.

According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, security forces allegedly disappeared two men from Peedrak town of Kech district on Thursday.

In a raid, security forces picked up Ali Bakhsh S/O Rahim Bakhsh and Is’haq S/O Hussain from their house in Peedrak town of Kech district. According to family, their whereabouts are not known since their arrest.

Pakistani forces are often criticized by rights campaigners for the enforced disappearances of Baloch political workers and activists to curb the dissent in Balochistan.

In another news, a man was killed and two others were injured when a vehicle hit them on Rakhshan Bridge in Panjgur District on Thursday.

According to the details, a truck hit a man who was passing by along with his wife and mother-in-law. As a result, the man fell down from the bridge resulting in his immediate death, while, both the women sustained critical injuries.

Police sources told media that the driver managed to escape the scene, after the accident.
