A heavy goods vehicle was attacked on CPEC route in Kech district of Balochistan.
According to details received by The Balochistan Post, a heavy goods vehicle on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was attacked by unknown armed men in Hoshap area of district Kech when it was on its way to Gwadar city on Sunday.
The driver and conductor left the container on the road and escaped after the attack.
Security forces arrived on the scene and begun investigation.
Balochistan Liberation Front, a Baloch armed group claimed the responsibility of the attack later.
Gohram Baloch, spokesman to BLF said that, we warn the transporters and other vehicle owners to not use their vehicles for CPEC project, which is oppressor’s project to strengthen the occupation of Balochistan and plunder the baloch national wealth, which will never be accepted.
