The body of a man recovered from the Shapatan area of Panjgur has been identified as Yahya Noor, son of Noor Muhammad, a resident of Parom (Tar Office).

According to family members, Yahya Noor had been missing for the past six months after being abducted by unidentified armed men from Airport Road.

Sources said that after receiving information about the presence of a body in a suburban area of Shapatan, local authorities reached the site and took the body into custody before transferring it to a hospital for legal formalities, where it was identified as Yahya Noor.

It is worth noting that Yahya Noor was reportedly taken away by unidentified armed individuals in a vehicle from Panjgur Airport Road around six months ago, after which his whereabouts remained unknown. Some local sources have alleged that the abductors were linked to a government-backed armed group commonly referred to as a “death squad.”
