Two people were reportedly killed in firing incidents in Panjgur and Noshki district of Balochistan on Friday.
According to reports, unidentified armed motorcyclists shot dead a person named Zahir S/o Abdul Samad in Gramkan area of Panjgur.
After the shooting, the attackers managed to escape and police shifted the body to the nearby hospital.
The Baloch National Movement’s human rights department Paank alleged that the aforementioned person was killed by the state-backed militias, locally known as “death squads”.
Similarly, unidentified armed men opened fire and killed a person identified as Zubair Badini, a resident of Killi Sharif Khan at the post office in Noshki district.
Later, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a “por-independence” armed group claimed responsibility of killing the aforemention man. BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch said in the media statement that Zubair Badini was Pakistan army’s spy and was working against the liberation movement.
