Unidentified gunmen targeted a vehicle carrying marble and a road-construction company in Balochistan on Thursday.
According to reports, unidentified armed men in the Mangochar town of Kalat set on fire a truck carrying marble to Karachi. However, no loss of life was reported in the incident.
Similarly, some unidentified gunmen attacked a road-construction company installation and set fire to all machinery including the dumper and loader present at the site. The incident took place in the Kallag Kulanch area of Gwadar.
Baloch “pro-independence” groups have been active in the region and have carried out such attacks in the past. However, the aforementioned attacks have not been claimed by any group yet.
