Four people were injured due to a gas leakage explosion in the Surab district of Balochistan, on Thursday.
According to reports, the gas leakage explosion occurred in a house in kili Mirwani, a town in Surab. The blast resulted in injuring four people of the same family including the husband, wife, and their 2 teenage children)
According to police, the injured have been shifted to Quetta for further treatment.
It should be noted that accidents due to gas leakage and explosions are happening almost on daily basis during the winter season. The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has been observing scheduled and unscheduled load shedding in various parts of Balochistan. Gas leakage and unannounced load shedding have claimed scores of human lives in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan.
