A shepherd and two other civilians were killed and two people seriously injured in separate drone strikes in Balochistan’s Ziarat and Kech districts, local sources said.
In Ziarat’s Anzargi area, a strike killed the shepherd and seriously injured two people. Residents said his body remained in the mountains, adding that the local administration had yet to take steps to retrieve it.
In Kech, local sources said a Pakistani military drone targeted a vehicle in the Dashtuk border area, killing two civilians. They were identified as Shah Jan, son of Dad Muhammad and Samad Jan, son of Muhammad.

The strikes come amid repeated reports of civilian casualties in drone and quadcopter operations across Balochistan.
Earlier this month, two men were seriously injured in a reported drone strike in Mastung’s Khadkocha area, while two children were killed and three injured in Panjgur in an explosion that local sources alleged was caused by explosives fitted to a Pakistani military quadcopter.
On September 24, four young men were killed and two injured in a reported Pakistani military drone strike in Balicha, Kech. Their families said they had gone to the area for a picnic and rejected the authorities’ description of those killed as suspected militants.
