Two people have allegedly been forcibly disappeared from different areas of Turbat.
According to the sources, Hayat, son of Sabzal, a resident of Dasht Kunchiti, Kech, was allegedly detained by Pakistani forces from his home at approximately 2:00 a.m. on 26 August 2026 and subsequently forcibly disappeared. Hayat works as a shopkeeper in Oman.
In a separate incident, Salman, son of Wahid, was allegedly detained by Pakistani forces from his home in Chahsar, Turbat, at approximately 2:00 a.m. the following night and subsequently disappeared.
Sources said, personnel from the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Frontier Corps (FC) and Military Intelligence (MI) were allegedly involved in Hayat’s disappearance.
