The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) have claimed responsibility for more than 30 coordinated attacks across Balochistan over the past three days, saying at least 34 Pakistani military personnel were killed and several others injured.

BLA Claims Killing of 27 Pakistani Soldiers in 29 Operations

In a detailed statement on Monday, BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch said the group carried out 29 attacks between 28 and 30 November, targeting “occupying Pakistani Army personnel”, police forces, and what it described as “death squad agents”  in Gwadar, Kech, Mastung, Panjgur, Kalat, Quetta and other districts.

The group said its fighters also established blockades on major highways, conducted roadside inspections, seized weapons and “took temporary control” of several areas.

According to the BLA, fighters attacked a Pakistan Coast Guards camp in Pasni with multiple grenade launchers, causing “fatalities and material losses”.

In Jiwani, the group said military intelligence personnel travelling in a vehicle were struck by a remote-controlled improvised explosive device while returning from “extorting money from vehicles”, killing three and injuring two. A separate grenade attack later targeted a Coast Guards post inside Jiwani city, injuring two personnel.

The BLA also claimed its fighters attacked the residence of a Pakistani Army major in Mastung, firing several launcher rounds and engaging in an armed assault. The statement said one soldier was killed and at least two others injured.

In Quetta, the group said it carried out six attacks targeting defence installations and police units.

BLA fighters reportedly struck a military checkpost in Wali Jet, detonated an IED near Eagle Squad and police personnel at Allahwala Chowk, and detonated another device as Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and Bomb Disposal Squad teams moved towards the site. The group said the explosions caused “casualties and property losses to occupying forces”.

The BLA said two further explosive devices destroyed sections of the railway track near Munir Ahmed Road. A separate grenade attack targeted a Kechi Baig police patrol.

The group said its fighters established snap checkpoints on main highways in Mand, Tajaban (Hoshap), Turbat, Ornach and Panjgur, halting traffic for several hours.

In the Tajaban area of Hoshap, the BLA said a military convoy was targeted with a remote-controlled IED before another vehicle was ambushed, causing “more than six” fatalities.

BLA fighters ambushed on-foot Pakistani army personnel in the Sabuni area of Zamuran as they left their camp. Two personnel were killed on the spot and several injured, the statement said.

In another operation, the group said fighters ambushed army personnel in the Baran Lak area of Ornach, killing two on the spot and injuring at least three others.

In Mand, BLA fighters reportedly addressed local residents during a two-hour blockade.

In Turbat, the BLA claimed to have destroyed a communications tower fitted with “spy cameras” and fired launcher rounds at a military post. A grenade attack was also carried out on the Military Intelligence office in Turbat city.

The BLA said it took control of Levies and police stations in the Sabz Aap and Washbod areas of Panjgur, seizing weapons, equipment and motorcycles while maintaining highway blockades for hours.

The group also claimed to have intercepted six alleged “death squad agents” on the CPEC highway in Panjgur, seizing three M4 rifles, three Kalashnikovs and thermal scopes.

Later, a Pakistani military convoy attempting to advance in the area was allegedly hit by an IED and then ambushed, destroying three vehicles and killing seven personnel, according to the statement.

In Kalat’s Shekhri and Morgand areas, the BLA said its fighters targeted a military camp with rockets and automatic weapons, causing a fire inside the compound and killing four soldiers.

The group further claimed two sniper attacks, one on an army outpost in Shekhri and another at the main camp in Shah Mardan, killing one soldier at each location.

The BLA warned that more “deadly operations” would follow and urged the Baloch public to avoid areas near Pakistani forces or those working with the state.

“The Baloch nation must maintain a safe distance from occupying forces, their facilitators and agents,” the statement said.

BLF Says Seven Soldiers Killed in Six Operations Across Balochistan

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) said it carried out six operations in Bolan, Kohlu, Dasht, Kharan, Mand and Panjgur between 28 and 30 November, killing seven Pakistani military personnel. The group also confirmed the death of one of its fighters.

BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that on the morning of 30 November, fighters targeted three vehicles of a Frontier Corps convoy at close range in the Bibi Nani area of Bolan, killing five personnel on the spot and injurig several others. He said the forces later shut down the main highway.

He said BLF fighters attacked a military checkpoint in Nosham, Kohlu, on the night of 29 November, firing multiple RPG rounds that struck the camp’s defensive bunkers and killed two personnel.

The BLF said its fighters attacked a Pakistani Army camp in Mand Soro on 30 November, firing grenade launchers and heavy weapons and causing what it described as human and material losses.

The group said fighters blockaded the CPEC route near Sorap in Panjgur for four hours on 29 November, inspecting vehicles and damaging four gas-transport trucks travelling toward Punjab.

It also said fighters carried out a hand grenade attack on the Military Intelligence office in Kharan’s Red Zone on the night of 29 November. No casualty figures were provided.

According to the BLF, fighters fired multiple rocket launcher rounds at a military camp in Bal Nagor, Dasht, on the night of 28 November, causing further losses.

The group said Pakistani forces launched a 24-hour aerial and ground operation in the Dhadar area on 28 November. BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said the army used drones and fired three missiles, but the fighters escaped. He said a BLF fighter, Qadeer Ahmed alias Diljan, was killed in a clash during the fighting next morning.

The BLF paid tribute to the fighter and said he had joined the organisation two months earlier and “proved himself a courageous and hardworking fighter.”

The group said it claimed responsibility for killing seven personnel in the series of attacks and reaffirmed that its operations against Pakistani forces would continue until “a free Balochistan is achieved.”
