Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) leader Sammi Deen Baloch has revealed that a secret FIR has been filed against her, allegedly contradicting government reports submitted to the court.
In a social media post, Sammi Deen Baloch said that she is currently on bail from the Balochistan High Court in seven FIRs. She claimed to have regularly challenged every FIR filed against her in court and requested that the court formally notify her through proper channels if any new case is registered against her.
According to her statement, during these hearings, the government allegedly submitted a report to the court stating that no FIR has been registered against her in Awaran or its surrounding areas.
The BYC leader claimed that despite this, a secret FIR has been filed against her in Awaran without any notification being given to her. She alleged that based on this secret FIR, she has not only been declared a proclaimed offender but arrest warrants have also been issued against her in Balochistan.
She stated that these warrants can be used to arrest her at any time and at any place, especially if she enters Balochistan.
Sami Deen Baloch said that law is now being used as a weapon to suppress their voice, claiming that such tactics are clear evidence that the state wants to legalize its oppression and tyranny.
