Security forces in Pakistan’s Kech district have allegedly forcibly disappeared one individual while two previously missing persons have returned home safely, according to local sources.
Details reveal that 30-year-old Waris s/o Haid, a resident of Tigranabad and a laborer by profession, was detained by Pakistani security forces today and subsequently subjected to enforced disappearance. His whereabouts remain unknown.
Meanwhile, Pir Jan s/o Lashkaran and a resident of Hoshab, who had been missing for two years, has returned home safely. Pir Jan was reportedly abducted by Pakistani forces in 2023. His family has confirmed his recovery.
Additionally, Gul Sher s/o Abdul Majeed and a resident of Dabuk Geben, has also been released. He had allegedly been forcibly disappeared three months ago from Geben by Pakistani forces.
