The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson, Jeeyand Baloch, announced in a statement to the media that BLA fighters carried out five separate attacks targeting Pakistani occupying forces in the Zamuran and Panjgur regions. According to the statement, these attacks resulted in the deaths of four Pakistani soldiers. Additionally, the BLA’s fighter Sangat Riaz alias Aman was “martyred” during these operations.

The spokesperson said that around 8 a.m. today, BLA fighters targeted Pakistani infantry soldiers near Dashtok Bamblo in Zamuran with a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) while the troops were engaged in route clearance alongside a bomb disposal team. The explosion killed two soldiers on the spot and critically injured another.

Simultaneously, in the Zamri area of Zamuran, BLA fighters attacked Pakistani troops with another remote-controlled IED as they were collecting water near their camp, killing one soldier instantly.

The statement said that on June 13, Friday, BLA operatives targeted and destroyed surveillance cameras installed by the Pakistani forces near their camp in Sah Deem, Zamuran. During the incident, Pakistani forces used a quadcopter drone to monitor the fighters, which was also shot down by the BLA.

The BLA claimed responsibility for a hand grenade attack on a Pakistani military checkpoint at Qalam Chowk in the Chatkan area of Panjgur district on Friday, killing at least one soldier and injuring two others.

The spokesperson also reported that on the previous day, in the hilly range of Sahiji, Dasht Malai Nagor, BLA fighter Riaz alias Aman, was killed by a landmine planted by Pakistani forces. He was on a mission for organizational work at the time.

The BLA said that Sangat Riaz s/o Qadir Bakhsh hailed from Dasht Sholi, Kech district. Known for his bravery and dedication, Riaz had been actively engaged in the armed struggle against “national subjugation” since 2016. He participated fearlessly in fronts across Dasht, Mand, Tump, Zamuran, and the coastal areas, playing crucial roles in many key operations. He was also involved in the operations of the Baloch Raaji Aajoi Sangar (BRAS), including the February 2020 “Operation Aas-Rech” in Darchkor, where he was wounded by a gunshot to the leg while leading an assault on a Pakistani military camp.

Jeeyand Baloch concluded by stating that Sangat Riaz remained steadfast in his commitment to freedom until his last breath and that the BLA reiterates its resolve to complete the mission of the “martyrs” soon.
