Tragedy struck the Mastung and Quetta cities of Balochistan on Tuesday as a series of events left three people dead and eight others injured.

According to reports, in the Dasht area of Mastung, unidentified armed individuals forcibly entered a residence and shot and killed three individuals, one of whom was a woman. The incident occurred late Tuesday night, shocking the local community.

Promptly responding to the incident, local authorities arrived at the scene and subsequently transported the deceased bodies to Civil Hospital Mastung. The exact motive behind this act remains unclear. However, sources indicate the incident is a result of the so-called “honor killing”.

Simultaneously, in the provincial capital of Balochistan, Quetta, another calamity struck. A total of eight individuals, including women and children, suffered injuries in a harrowing road accident.

According to law enforcement officials, the collision occurred between a passenger bus and a school van on the outskirts of Quetta, specifically in the Kuchlak area. Those injured in the incident have been identified as Amir, Hussain Khan, Muzammil Khan, Saboor, Saleem Shah, Imran Shah, and Hassan, along with a woman, whose identity could not be ascertained.

Rescue personnel reportedly arrived at the scene. The injured individuals were transported to local hospitals for medical assistance.
