One person was killed, and a child sustained injuries in the firing of unidentified gunmen in Balochistan’s Mashkey tehsil of Awaran district on Friday.
According to reports, a man named Issa son of Jangi Khan was killed and a young child was seriously injured when unidentified gunmen opened fire at them on Friday evening.
According to sources, Issa has been forcibly disappeared four times in the past allegedly at the hands of Pakistani forces. He had been receiving death threats from a government-backed armed group as well, local sources said.
