At least two people were reportedly killed and eight others injured in a clash between two tribal groups in Balochistan’s capital city Quetta on Sunday.

According to reports, four persons were killed and eight others injured including women in a skirmish between two tribal groups in the Sariyab Road area of Quetta.

The clashes reportedly occurred between two tribal groups headed by Mir Ghai Khan Lehri and Haji Gehwar Khan Lehri.

The deceased and injured have been shifted to the Civil Hospital Quetta. However, the motive behind the bloodshed clash remains unknown yet.

According to edhi sources, the deceased were identified as Ghulam Farooq, son of Haji Bor Jan Lehri, Muhammad Deen, son of Haji Bor Jan, Muhammad Hanif, son of Haji Bor Jan, and Nasrullah, son of Haji Bor Jan,

Meanwhile among the injured, Abdul Waheed son of Yar Muhammad, Ahmad Din, son of Jafar Khan, Babol. Son of Bor Jan, Haji Shahnawaz son of Bor Jan, Jalal son of Bor Jan, Muzamil son of Jalal Khan, Sher Muhammad son of Yar Muhammad, a woman who has not been identified is also among the injured.
