Pakistani forces allegedly forcibly disappeared two more persons from the Mand area of Balochistan’s Kech district on Wednesday.

According to reports, both youths were forcibly disappeared by the forces when they were on their way to Gwaak from Ghaib in Mand, who have been identified as Waju son of Wahab, and Haseem son of Shafi Mohammad.

According to sources, the two youths are close relatives and both are associated with the oil business. They were detained at the time when they were going to their employer to collect payments.

It should be mentioned that this is the third case of enforced disappearances from Kech in the last 24 hours — last night forces reportedly arrested a man named Muhammad Jan s/o Hakeem from the Absar Turbat area of the district and moved him to an unknown location.

The issue of enforced disappearances has been a grave issue across Balochistan for the last two decades. More than 50 thousand people are reportedly missing from all over Balochistan. Human rights organizations, social and political activists, and the families of the victims allege Pakistani forces and its intelligence agencies for such crimes.
