Pakistan has reportedly purchased J-10 aircrafts from China that is equipped with latest technology. The aircraft is a medium-weight, single-engine, multirole combat aircraft capable of all-weather operations with stealth technology. The jets reportedly entered Pakistani airspace on Friday.
As per reports, the aircraft is said to be a fifth-generation multi-role combat fighter. The aircraft will be inaugurated at Kamra Air Base on March 11, by Pakistani President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan. On this occasion, a new aircraft squadron will also be revealed.
J-10 fighter jets are said to have the capability to play a major role in defending maritime or water boundaries, and their purchase will boost the Pakistan Navy’s presence in the Arabian Sea. Last year, reports appeared from various sources that China had agreed to sell two squadrons of aircraft to Pakistan.
