It is to be remembered only in June 2021 over a dozen cases of enforced disappearances have been reported from various parts of Balochistan.

On 7th June, the federal minister for Human rights Shirin Mazari had said in a tweet: “she has admitted a bill to criminalise Enforced Disappearances in the National Assembly. The bill still needs to be passed by the parliament.”

However, on the very same day when the human rights minister tweeted to criminalise enforced disappearances. Three Baloch youngsters, identified as Yasir s/o Mohammad Ayub, Bahadur Khan s/o Haider Khan and Ghulam Qadir s/o Huzoor Bux were reportedly abducted from Khuzdar and Kalat districts of Balochistan.
