The government of Balochistan has allowed the business centres to remain open for 24/7 as coronavirus cases declined.

Under the smart lockdown shopping malls, markets and stores were allowed to remain open from 9am-7pm.

As coronavirus cases continue to decline, the Balochistan government on Sunday lifted the restrictions it had placed on businesses in the wake of the pandemic.

According to the notification issued by the home department, that the provincial government has lifted timing restrictions placed on shops, stores and markets.

The Government spokesperson, Liaquat Shawani said; No SOPs have been issued for the reopening of marriage halls, if the marriage halls opened strict actions will be taken by the government. Opening of the educational institutions will be announced in two weeks, he added.

Earlier this week, the Balochistan government had extended the imposed coronavirus lockdown till August 17.

Government has announce that theaters, cafes, restaurants, cinema halls, business centres and expo centres will be opened from 10 August 2020.
