Reports from Quetta indicate that police and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) raided the residence of Gul Zadi Baloch, a female member of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), vandalizing the property and confiscating valuable belongings.
According to Gul Zadi Baloch, security personnel forcibly broke the lock to her room, causing damage inside the house and seizing essential items, including her books, laptop, documents, and clothing.
This incident follows an earlier raid on the same residence in which police and CTD officers reportedly detained Gul Zadi Baloch for several hours before releasing her. She claims that during her previous detention, her mobile phone and books were taken and have not been returned.
Gul Zadi further alleged that while in custody, security officials warned her to distance herself from the BYC and remain silent, threatening consequences if she failed to comply.
Despite these actions, she reaffirmed her commitment to the movement, stating that such threats would not weaken her resolve or deter her from standing by her fellow activists and honoring the sacrifices of those who have struggled before them.
