A young man has been reportedly forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces from Quetta.
According to the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), Riaz Ahmed Baloch was abducted by the forces on the evening of August 14th at 7 PM. Riaz Ahmed, a resident of Jinnah Town, Killi Shabo, is a singer, and it is said that he was forcibly disappeared because of his singing. In this regard, his family will hold a press conference tomorrow, and if he is not released, they will announce their future course of action.
Meanwhile, BYC leader Bebarg Baloch stated that one of the demands during the Baloch Raaji Muchi (Baloch National Gathering) negotiations was that the activists participating in or cooperating with Rthe gathering should not be targeted for retaliation. However, the state is not honoring the agreement, and our people are being forcibly disappeared, he said.
