At least two people have died and two others have been injured in separate incidents across different districts of Balochistan.
In Balochistan’s capital Quetta, a man named Babu Kurd was shot dead due to personal enmity in the Killi Bangulzai area of Sariab Road. Local residents reportedly apprehended the assailant at the scene, beat him, and handed him over to the police.
On the Makuran Coastal Highway, a vehicle transporting oil fell into a ditch after its tire burst, injuring two people. They were transported to GDA Hospital in Gwadar for treatment.
In the Khaleelabad area of Khuzdar, Nisar Ahmed s/o Samandar Khan, died from an electric shock. He was taken to the hospital, where his body was handed over to his family after necessary procedures.
Meanwhile, in Shahrag, five miners were trapped inside a private coal mine when a mudslide occurred during mining operations. They were later rescued and taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
