The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistan Army, reported on Thursday that a militant was killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Panjgur district.
According to the ISPR statement, the operation was conducted on Thursday night, resulting in the death of one militant, identified as Chakar Liaquat, and injuring two others. Additionally, a weapon and ammunition were recovered from the killed militant.
The statement further said that a sanitization operation is underway to clear the area of any remaining militants.
