Ms. Baloch, whose father, Dr. Deen Muhammad Baloch, has been missing since 2009 after being detained by Pakistani forces, emphasized the need for an impartial investigation by the UN, alongside a demand for the Pakistani military and intelligence agencies to disclose the whereabouts of all missing persons.
