In a series of accidents and shootings across Balochistan, six individuals, including a child, lost their lives, while another 16 suffered injuries.
Along the N25 highway near Lakhoo Baloch Goth Serindah in the Hub Chowki district, a bus travelling from Karachi to Bela collided with a trailer. This incident claimed the life of a child aboard the bus and left 13 other passengers injured, including women and children. All injured individuals were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
In a separate accident near Kararo in the Bela district, a passenger coach and a car collided, resulting in the demise of Kareem Bakhsh. Two others, Saadullah and Asghar Ali, sustained serious injuries and were transported to a medical facility.
Another collision took place in the vicinity of Wehir in Khuzdar between a Zamyad vehicle and a motorcycle. This accident led to the deaths of the motorcyclist, Ghulam Muhammad, and a Zamyad passenger, Abdul Rasheed. Another individual, Rahmatullah, sustained injuries in the incident.
Elsewhere, within the jurisdiction of the Osta Muhammad city police station, a conflict escalated into gunfire between two groups belonging to the Jamali tribe. This clash resulted in two casualties. The incident is currently under investigation by the Osta Muhammad city police.
