Three separate incidents of firing have killed five people including two policemen in Khuzdar, Panjgur and Jafarabad districts of Balochistan.

According to reports, unidentified gunmen opened fire at a police check post in Jaffarabad, killing two officers. The incident took place at in Mandrani area of Jaffarabad where unidentified gunmen opened fire at a police check post, killing the head constable and constable. The attackers escaped unhurt.

The police team reached the spot immediately after the incident and shifted the dead bodies of the personnel to the hospital.

While another incident took place at Gharib Chitkan in Panjgur when some armed men tried to snatch a motorcycle from a man named Asghar. Over resistance, the man was shot by the assailants.

Meanwhile, in Wadh area of Khuzdar district, unidentified persons shot killed a man named Hidayat on the spot and injured his friend Nasir. A few hours later, Nasir also succumbed to his injuries.

However, the motive of the incident is yet to be ascertained.
