Two individuals have reportedly been subjected to enforced disappearance after being taken into custody by Pakistani security forces in separate incidents in Turbat and Karachi, according to local sources.
The missing individuals have been identified as Fahad, son of Akhtar, and Shehroz, son of Qayyum.
Sources state that Fahad was detained on 9 March from the Dank area of Turbat. His whereabouts have remained unknown since his reported arrest.
In a separate incident, Shehroz was reportedly taken into custody on 29 March from the Malir area of Karachi. No further information regarding his location or condition has been made available.
There has been no official confirmation from Pakistani authorities regarding either case.
