In a disturbing development, two bodies have been found near the Manguchar area of Kalat district in Balochistan. One of the bodies has been identified as Saifullah s/o Rahim Dad, who had been reported missing since June 11, 2025. His family members have stated that he was abducted and forcibly disappeared earlier that month.

The identity of the second body, however, remains unknown.

Meanwhile, in the coastal city of Gwadar, a body was discovered in the bushes near the Nayaabad area. The deceased has been identified as Faisal Hasil, who had been missing for a few days prior to the discovery. According to police and hospital sources, the body appears to be several days old and had been concealed in the bushes. Faisal’s family has claimed that his mobile phone is still active and is being used by unidentified individuals, raising further concerns over his forced disappearance.

Human rights organizations have expressed growing concern over the increasing incidents of forced disappearances and the recovery of bodies in Balochistan. This year has seen a sharp rise in such cases, with reports of both disappearances and the discovery of bodies reaching alarming levels. The situation has intensified calls for greater accountability and action from the authorities to address these grave human rights violations in the region.
