Pakistani security forces have reportedly detained and forcibly disappeared an elderly man in Awaran district, Balochistan.
The individual has been identified as Allah Bakhsh s/o Khan Muhammad. According to local sources, security personnel raided the Jhao tehsil early on Thursday morning, taking the elderly man into custody and transferring him to an undisclosed location.
This incident follows an earlier operation in the Kombi mountain range two days ago, during which security forces reportedly subjected Allah Bakhsh and several others to severe physical abuse before releasing them. However, the elderly man was allegedly re-detained today, intensifying concerns about his safety.
