Pakistani security forces were targeted in a bomb blast in Balochistan’s Noshki district, causing significant damage to a military vehicle.
The explosion occurred in the Qadirabad area as the military vehicle passed through. Following the blast, a large contingent of security forces, including police and Frontier Corps personnel, arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
Authorities have not yet provided details on any casualties or the full extent of the damage.
Noshki is a conflict-prone region in Balochistan, where Pakistani military forces have been targeted in major attacks in the past. While no group has claimed responsibility for this attack, similar attacks are often carried out by Baloch “pro-independence” armed groups.
