At least five people, including a woman, were killed, and four others were injured in traffic accidents and shooting incidents in different districts of Balochistan on Thursday.

According to reports, two brothers identified as Aman-ullah and Hameed-ullah, sons of Haji Gul Sher, residents of Killi-Purana Dukki, were seriously injured by unidentified gunmen in Dukki district of Balochistan.

The police sources said the injured were being referred to Quetta for further medical assistance when one of the injured, Hameed-Ullah, succumbed to his injuries on the way. However, the motive behind the firing incident remains unknown.

Similarly, two people were killed in an armed clash between Langove and Kiloi Rind tribes in the Kalat town of Balochistan on Thursday. As per reports, two members of the Langove tribe were reportedly killed in the skirmish that took place in Khaliqabad area of Manguchar.

Meanwhile, in another firing incident, a bus driver was reportedly wounded when unidentified armed individuals opened fire in Kalat city of Balochistan. The condition of the injured is said to be critical, while the gunmen managed to escape after firing.

Furthermore, two people, including a woman, died, and two suffered serious injuries in two separate road accidents that took place on the Makuran Coastal Highway in Gwadar district of Balochistan on Thursday.

As per reports, a woman and her child, Wahag, son of Gorich, were run over by a high-speed car in the Shatangi area of Pasni tehsil in Gwadar district.

According to eyewitnesses, the people present at the scene of the accident continued to make videos while the injured were suffering. Later, the rescue authorities took the injured to Pak Omani Hospital, where the woman died, while her critically injured son was shifted to Karachi for further treatment.

Meanwhile, an LPG tanker on its way to Punjab from the Iran border met with an accident on Makuran Coastal Highway at Buzzi-top of Kundmalir, killing the driver on the spot and seriously injuring the cleaner. The deceased and the injured have been shifted to DHQ Hospital, Uthal. The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Yasin, son of Rehmat Ali.”
