On Thursday night, Pakistani forces along with intelligence agencies reportedly arrested and disappeared a Baloch youth from Balochistan’s district Kalat.
The identity of the disappeared youth has been ascertained as Ijaz S/O Mir Amhed who by profession is regarded as a student and is a local football player.
According to sources, the Pakistani law-enforcement forces conducted a raid beating every individual present in the house and blindfolding the households. Later on, they closed the doors leaving everybody inside and they took the aforementioned youth with them.
Brother of the abductee, Saeed Ahmed told media that last night a large number of Pakistani armed personnel surrounded their family home in Manguchar town, raided their house, forcibly arrested his brother and moved him to an undisclosed location.
According to Ahmed, he has applied for an FIR to be lodged clearly mentioning that his brother had earlier been a victim of enforced disappearance and this is the second time it has happened.
