Five more Baloch youths forcibly disappeared from Karachi, Kharan district, and Quetta, the capital city of Balochistan.
According to reports, Pakistani forces have arrested five Baloch young men and allegedly shifted them to disclosed locations.
The detainees were identified as Chakar, Faisal s/o Ramzan, Jabir Yalanzai s/o Pazeer Ahmed, Najibullah Yalanzai s/o Muhammad Hussain and Shafqat Yalanzai s/o Abdul Rahim.
According to sources, Chakar was abducted when he was in Karachi for the treatment of his mother. He belongs to the Buleda area of district Kech. Meanwhile, on Sunday night, the law enforcement forces reportedly abducted Faisal, who is a 10th-grade student from Quetta.
In another incident last night the security personnel chased three young men from a restaurant in Kharan city of Balochistan and subsequently abducted them near their house. Their whereabouts remain unknown since.
It should be noted, the incidents of enforced disappearances of Baloch people are being reported on a daily basis, a day earlier Mama Qadeer the chairman of Voice for Baloch Missing persons (VBMP) said in a statement that on September 26, two youths were forcibly disappeared from Karachi by the secret agencies. Their families confirmed the news and enlisted them with the VBMP, their names are Gulshad son of Dilwash and Siraj son of Asghar. “If they have committed any crime, they should be brought before the courts,” Mama Qadeer commented.
