A student was arrested by the orders of the Deputy Commissioner for having immoral and abusive attitude towards the staff at the examination center in Turbat city of Kech district.
Deputy Commissioner Kech Mr. Hussain Jan and SHO Turbat Roshan Baloch arrested the accused student. The incident occurred during the matriculation examinations at Apsar Center.
Deputy Commissioner also ordered immediate action against other students involved in misconduct at the examination center and directed their arrest.
Meanwhile, DC took notice of mismanagement in examination centers, violation of Corona SOPs and behavior of examination staff and summoned the education officers.
“Apart from the joint responsibility of the examination staff and the board to control the students during the examinations, it is also their responsibility to implement the Covid SOPs but it is unfortunate that nothing like this is seen in the examination centers,” he said.
He reprimanded the concerned staff over a viral video during the examination at Apsar Center yesterday and said that all the students involved will be punished according to the law so that such misconduct does not happen again.
Meanwhile, the father of the said student was also present who said that his son is mentally unfit that he misbehaves with the teachers. In response to that, the DC said that a medical team would be formed regarding the mental health of the boy and a decision will be taken in the light of his report.
