The incident occurred due to a collision of a passenger bus with a Jeep near DG-Khan road, Tor Police station, 60km far from Loralai city.
According to details, three people died while six were injured when a passenger bus collided with a Jeep.
The deceased have been identified as Arif s/o Hassan Khan, Imran s/o Abdul Khalil and Sarbaz Khan s/o Azeezullah, who belong to the Pashtun’s Loni tribe.
All the deceased and injured were shifted to the civil hospital of Loralai, where the injured are under treatment, while the dead bodies were handed over to heirs after necessary procedures.
Road accidents are a common occurrence in Balochistan due to outdated roads. The national highways have not been upgraded for decades and the inadequate dual carriageways have also proved fatal for the increasing traffic.
