At least four persons were wounded in a bomb blast near the Pakistani Consulate in Jalalabad, Afghanistan on Sunday night.
According to details received by The Balochistan Post, the blast wounded a Policemen and few applicants but Consulate staff were safe, said Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson.
Dr Faisal, the spokesperson, on his official twitter said, “IED exploded outside holding area of our Consulate General in Jalalabad. All Pakistani staff are safe. One policeman and two applicants are reportedly wounded”.

The bomb exploded at a checkpoint located near the Pakistani consulate.
