A man has been abducted by security forces from kharan district of Balochistan on Friday.
According to details received by The Balochistan Post, Pakistani forces whisked away a person from Kharan.
The abductee has been identified as Ishfaq s/o Sohrab Khan.
Abduction-styled-arrests are common in Balochistan during search operations by Pakistani forces, but detainees are not produced in front of the court and are detained at undisclosed locations.
International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International also accuse Pakistani security forces as the perpetrators of ‘illegal abductions in Balochistan’.
