Multiple rockets landed in and around a military camp located near Balgithar in Turbat District on Tuesday.
According to The Balochistan Post correspondent, 14 August Pakistan’s Independence Day celebrations were underway, when rockets landed near the military camp in Balgithar.
Heavy firing was also heard after the incident, while area was cordoned off by security forces.
The attack comes after the incidents of violence in Noshki and Karmo Wadh. In Noshki, more than a dozen people were injured after a bomb blast, whereas, in Karmo Wadh a military camp was targeted by unknown assailants.
UBA claimed responsibility for attack in Karmo Wadh, however, no group has claimed responsibility for Noshki and Balgithar attacks at the time of filing this report.
